We are very pleased to announce that the practice has just won the 2010 OPUS Award for Housing, for the redevelopment of St. Andrews Court and the Affordable Housing building on Holles Street in Dublin, for Dublin City Council. This is an unprecedented "twice-in-a-row", having won the same national award for the York Street Housing project (also for Dublin City Council) last year.

The judges said about this years award;
This is a quality urban design project. A new corner block ties older City Council flats into a new and improved entity while the mews houses on Denzille Lane add further urban clarity and quality to the rear of the development. These are modest city buildings that do everyday things beautifully.
